Our Story

Established in 2012, as Koa Training Academy, we have brought talent from all over the world to coach and train you in various aspects of the Martial Arts and Fitness.
 
Our coaches are respected professional athletes who themselves have fought and trained all over the world. They bring their unique style, education, and experience to each class.  
 
We offer a wide variety of classes throughout the day for all levels. Your membership is all inclusive. You have full access to both of our gyms and unlimited classes from our adult schedule.  We offer classes in Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, MMA, Olympic Weightlifting, and Strength and Conditioning.
 
Whether you are looking to learn a Martial Art, lose weight or just improve your athletic ability, we have classes to help you reach your goals.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

This class is designed to increase your cardio, muscular strength, endurance muscular power, agility, and overall performance.  A must for anyone who is serious about getting into shape and sharpen their athletic skills and abilities.

BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

A fighting art and self defense system that focuses on leverage, timing, position, joint-manipulation, and chokeholds.  With proper training and understanding of BJJ, people can successfully defend themselves against a much bigger and stronger assailant.

MUAY THAI KICKBOXING

A traditional combat art from Thailand that utilizes punches, knees, kicks, and elbows.  We offer adult and youth classes. Each class is a 1-hour group class consisting of warm-ups, techniques of the day, partner drills on heavy bags, thai pads and conditioning.
