This class is designed to increase your cardio, muscular strength, endurance muscular power, agility, and overall performance. A must for anyone who is serious about getting into shape and sharpen their athletic skills and abilities.
A fighting art and self defense system that focuses on leverage, timing, position, joint-manipulation, and chokeholds. With proper training and understanding of BJJ, people can successfully defend themselves against a much bigger and stronger assailant.
MUAY THAI KICKBOXING
A traditional combat art from Thailand that utilizes punches, knees, kicks, and elbows. We offer adult and youth classes. Each class is a 1-hour group class consisting of warm-ups, techniques of the day, partner drills on heavy bags, thai pads and conditioning.
