Mauricio Alonso

Mauricio “The General” Alonso is Professional MMA fighter and third degree Black Belt with more than 20 fights in shows around the world including Japan,  Korea, USA, and Brazil. He received his black belt from Ryan Gracie in 2003. Mauricio holds titles in the USA and in South America for both MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He holds multiple wins and titles as the Sao Paulo State Champion, US Open Champion, American Cup Champion, All Stars Champion, Dragon House MMA Middleweight Champion, Predator FC Middleweight Champion, and was the Bronze medalist in the Brazilian National. In 2017, Mauricio defeated Josh Koscheck by TKO in his debut Bellator MMA fight in Bellator 172. Mauricio currently teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA Fighting and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for the Autistic and Special needs children.
