Boxing

A combat sport utilizing both fists with striking only allowed above the waist.  Boxing classes at Koa heavily focus on cardio, timing, coordination, hand speed, head movement and footwork.  Our classes are friendly for all skill levels

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

A fighting art and self defense system that focuses on leverage, timing, position, joint-manipulation, and chokeholds.  With proper training and understanding of BJJ, people can successfully defend themselves against a much bigger and stronger assailant. We offer gi and no gi classes for adults.

KTA CrossFit

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. Muay Thai - Thai Kickboxing

A traditional combat art from Thailand that utilizes punches, knees, kicks and elbows. We offer adult and youth classes. Each Class consists of warm-ups, techniques of the day, partner drills on heavy bag, thai pads and conditioning.

Strength and Conditioning

Our strength and conditioning program offers a variety of classes that use movements from Boxing, CrossFit and Yoga.  These classes focus on performance, flexibility, agility, endurance and more!

Youth Performance and Fitness

KOA offers a number of classes for kids ages 5 years and up. Kids and teens can take Performance/Fitness, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Boxing to help them gain confidence and learn discipline while enjoying a fun martial art.
