About Us

Established in 2013, as Koa Training Academy, we have brought talent from all over the world to coach and train you in various aspects of the Martial Arts and Fitness.
Many of our coaches are respected professional athletes who themselves have fought and trained all over the world. They bring their unique style, education, and experience to each class.  
We offer a wide variety of classes throughout the day for all levels. Your membership is all inclusive with the Koa Unlimited Plan. You have full access to both of our gyms and unlimited classes from our adult schedule.  We offer classes in Boxing, KTA CrossFit, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gi & no gi (unavailable at this time), Muay Thai, MMA Striking, Self-Defense, Weightlifting, Movement and Strength & Conditioning.

Kids Programs

Our kids program is designed so your child will build physical self-awareness, self-esteem and social skills all while having fun and learning Martial Arts. Group activities are a great way to learn teamwork, gain discipline, release stress and improve overall health. We provide a place where your child can safely learn Martial Art techniques. Children can study Boxing, Performance & Fitness, Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (unavailable at this time). We don’t place a limit on their desire to be healthy and gain skills by only limiting their memberships to one Martial Art discipline. Our kids program offers all level classes for ages 5-13 years of age. Teens ages 13 to 18 can attend kids classes or the adult classes, where ever they feel most comfortable.
