Your Burning Questions Answered

Come in during our posted business hours. You can take a tour of our facility, we will introduce you to the staff and answer any additional questions you may have.

Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a water bottle for all classes. 

Boxing, Muay Thai and MMA Striking classes – Bring hand wraps and your boxing gloves. No gear yet? No problem! We have loaner gloves that you can check out from the front desk and use for class. Hand wraps are also available for purchase at the front desk. 

Muay Thai Sparring – In addition to the gear listed above, bring head gear, shin guards, mouth guard , and a cup. 

Yoga – Bring your own mat.
