Inclusive instructor lead classes to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you are looking to learn a Martial Art, lose weight, improve your athletic ability or build a community, we have classes to help you reach your goals. 

Adult Martial Arts & Fitness

Current offerings include Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – Gi and No-Gi, Muay Thai, MMA Striking, Strength & Conditioning and Yoga.  This way you don’t have to choose between boxing and Muay Thai for example. Why not train in both?

Current offerings include Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – No Gi, Muay Thai, MMA Striking, Strength & Conditioning and Yoga. All of our instructors are either active professional fighters, retired professional fighters or certified instructors in their chosen art. Our programming and instruction are authentic. Whether you are interested in learning a combat sport, martial art, losing weight, lifting weights, being more centered, or just your overall health and well being this program offers it.

Muay Thai  Class Series

Authentic Muay Thai is taught in a fun and accessible way. Each class is a 1-hour group class consisting of warm-ups, technique of the day, partner drills on heavy bags and thai pads, fundamentals, tactics and conditioning. If you are brand new to the art we also offer semi-private Intro to Striking classes.

For more advanced members we offer Muay Thai Sparring and Muay Thai Tactial Sparring classes. These advanced classes require coach approval, sparring waiver and additional gear.

Youth Martial Arts & Fitness

At Koa our youth program is for children ages 5 to 13. Each class is instructor lead with assistant coaches to help. We are committed to teaching your child foundational techniques in a fun, family friendly, safe environment. Structured similar to our adult Martial Art and Fitness program all of the classes on the youth schedule are included in your membership.

We are currently offering boxing, Muay Thai and Youth Performance & Fitness classes.
